If it’s tiny, delicate and you need to protect it, consider clear plastic blister packaging. With this custom designed blister pack, cavities were designed to separate each item in the kits contents and display them clearly.
For this lightweight product, a blister pack was also ideal as it used the least amount of plastic while still securing all of the components. In this design, printing on the header card was strategically aligned with the cavities to describe the component.
All components are secured when the heat sealing application adheres the blister to the coated blister card. Perfect for consumers examine closely without damage to the contents. That’s perfect packaging product protection!
