A score of 4 is considered complete customer satisfaction and represents our unwavering goal for our family of customers.

I don't know how you could serve me any better. I called and talked to Rob & had a quote in less than 2 hours. Then placed an order & part of the order was in stock I needed & the credit app wasn't finished yet so he told me to use a credit card & now I have the product I needed. Customer Service is always top notch dealing with issues. I do wish that products were in stock more often. Lately products always seem to be out of stock. Product prices have increased a lot after the Covid Pandemic but timeframes have never rebounded. I have no issue paying more in todays market but I do wish stocks would return to pre pandemic numbers.
