Our commitment

VisiPak is committed to making our website usable for everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every visitor to be able to find information, use our features, and contact us without barriers. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to improve the experience over time.

Conformance standard

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological needs.

Accessibility toolbar

Our site includes a free accessibility toolbar that any visitor can use to adjust how the page looks and behaves. Look for the floating accessibility button, a person icon, in the corner of your screen, or press Alt + A on your keyboard to open it. Your settings are saved in your browser, so they stay active as you move between pages.

The toolbar lets you:

Adjust contrast: Switch between normal, high contrast, and inverted color modes for easier reading.

Highlight links: Make every link stand out so they are easier to spot.

Increase text size: Enlarge text across five levels without breaking the layout.

Adjust text spacing: Add space between letters and words across five levels.

Pause animations: Stop moving or animated content that can be distracting.

Hide images: Remove images to reduce visual clutter and focus on text.

Use a dyslexia-friendly font: Switch body text to the OpenDyslexic typeface, designed to improve readability.

Resize the cursor: Choose a larger black or white cursor that is easier to track.

Show tooltips: Reveal extra labels and descriptions on page elements.

Adjust line height: Increase spacing between lines of text across five levels.

Change text alignment: Set text to left, center, right, or justified.

Adjust saturation: Lower or raise color intensity, including a grayscale option.

Turn on a reading guide: Display a horizontal bar that follows your pointer to help you keep your place.

Reset everything: Return all settings to default with one click.

The toolbar is built to work with a keyboard, including full Tab navigation. It is also mobile responsive and isolated from the rest of the site so it does not interfere with other content.

Ongoing work

We regularly review our website and content to find and fix accessibility issues. New pages, features, and media are checked against our accessibility standard before and after they go live.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. This can include older documents, third-party content, or embedded tools that we do not control. If you run into a barrier, please tell us so we can help and prioritize a fix.
