Clarification of Orders
Orders are scheduled when clarification of purchase orders has been completed. Phone orders must be accompanied by confirming orders. VisiPak will not produce orders without a billing and shipping address.Standard Lead Times
With approved credit, stock products typically ship within one day. Production tubing orders ship within 3 weeks. Products such as Hang Tubes and Permaseals™, that require secondary operations, have a lead time of 4-5 weeks. Clear boxes typically run about 8 weeks from the time the sample is approved. Clamshells, blisters and trays typically take 6-8 weeks from the time the sample is approved. We offer expediting services for a fee.Minimums
For standard tubing sizes the minimum order quantity is typically 150 to 1,800 feet based upon diameter. Most stock items have a one case minimum requirement. Please consult sales for more information.Samples
VisiPak recommends approval of samples before ordering, especially on production run parts. Returns will not be accepted if samples were refused. Samples are sent by USPS delivery. If other means of delivery are required, we will request your UPS or FEDEX account number to ship the samples.Fit
Determining the fit of the product into the package is ultimately the responsibility of the purchaser when choosing the diameter, thickness, and length of the packaging. Our sales staff will be happy to assist you with your requirements.Cancellations
No cancellations without the approval of VisiPak. A $50 cancellation fee may apply.Credit Terms

We ship collect, FOB St. Louis, MO. Customer is responsible for choosing the carrier and associated freight costs. Quotes provided by VisiPak are estimates and the customer is responsible for any differences between estimates and actual charges from the carrier. We are not responsible for the delay of any freight carrier or safe carriage of goods. All goods are shipped at the buyer's risk. Goods insured by standard carrier coverage only.Overruns & Under Runs
Due to the manufacturing process we reserve the right to ship and bill up to 10% above or below the quantity ordered.Returns
Returns will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number provided by VisiPak. Restocking charges will apply to certain instances. Production run parts are not returnable unless defective. Tubing is not returnable unless defective. Returns must be made no more than 60 days after the order ship date.Material
VisiPak uses PETG plastic in the production of its tubing. Not all materials are compatible with PETG plastic. The responsibility lies with the purchaser to determine their product's compatibility with PETG. Our vinyl products do not meet the Food and Drug Administration requirement of 21CFR2177 for contact with food. Most materials used in the manufacturing of VisiPak products can be recycled. It is necessary to check with your local recycling center for a listing of accepted materials.Please see information specific to materials on clamshells and boxes.
