is your minimum order?
A: For standard tubing sizes the minimum order quantity is typically 150 to 1800 feet based upon diameter. Most stock items have one case minimums. For non standard products, the minimum order is typically based on a minimum run time. Please consult sales for more information.
Q: What
is the lead time?
A:Stock products typically ship within one day depending on availability. Most production orders ship within 3 weeks. Products requiring secondary operations, like Hang Tubes and PermaSeals, typically take 5 weeks. Clear Boxes typically run about 8 weeks from the time the sample is approved. Clamshells, blisters and trays typically take 6-8 weeks from the time the sample is approved.
Q: Can
I get different colored caps or plugs?
A: Not only are different colors available, but vinyl
caps can be made in different materials. Minimums on non-stock caps and plugs
range from 1,000 to 10,000 pieces depending on the size.

you make other sizes than those listed?
A: Yes, we have numerous tool sets to make hundreds
of different sizes. Custom tooling is also available for a nominal fee.

is the thickest tube that you can manufacture?
A: Depends on the diameter of the tube, but it is
typically .062".

are your payment terms?
A: Most accounts are set up with net 30 day terms
