Four-Color Printing

Screen Printing

This process is much like using a stencil. The image to print is cut-out and placed around the tube. Next, the ink is applied which falls into the cut-out portion creating the graphic on the tube.

Hot Stamping

This is a dry printing method utilizing a heated die and foil to apply graphics. The hot stamp die is an engraved plate. The non-printed areas are removed leaving a surface that represents the graphic. The foil is transferred to the tube when the heated die is pressed onto the foil wrapped around the tube.

Pad Printing

This style of printing features the ability to print on custom or challenging shapes. In somewhat the same manner of a hand stamp pad, ink is lifted from a printing plate onto a pad and then pressed or transferred onto the tube.

Labeling

Labels can be produced as a stand-alone application or in conjunction with screen printing.
